A growing Pharmaceutical company based in the greater Princeton NJ Area is hiring a Business Finance Manager to support strategic financial operations

This role partners closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, pipeline valuation, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Prepare monthly business finance reports and materials for Operations reviews and Board presentations.

• Lead medium- and long-term financial planning, adapting to market conditions.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory planning to meet working capital and cash management goals.

Pipeline & Valuation Analysis

• Develop and maintain product-specific forecasts for R&D and pipeline assets.

• Build business cases for pipeline assets, in-licensing, and acquisitions, evaluating ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and related metrics.

• Update scenario models to reflect competitive and regulatory shifts.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Align Manufacturing and R&D P&L performance with budgets.

• Track efficiency initiatives to ensure savings impact financials accurately.

• Model pricing and partnerships for international business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).

• 3-5 years in business finance, corporate finance, or FP&A, preferably in pharmaceuticals.

• Proven expertise in pharma forecasting, pipeline valuation, and product economics.

• Advanced financial modeling proficiency, with extensive Excel experience.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
