Pricing Analyst – Generics Sales Operations

Core Responsibilities

• Contract management: Maintain a broad portfolio of agreements, including contracts with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

• Sales support: Provide daily support to the sales team, including pricing updates, HDMI sheet preparation, customer portal maintenance, customer pricing database management, sales report analysis, assistance with allocation of constrained-supply products, and participation in operational review meetings.

• Pricing analysis: Analyze current customer pricing, identify opportunities to improve pricing structures, and partner with the sales team to implement recommended changes.

• Pricing and rebate administration: Manage pricing and rebate programs, including Medicaid and commercial rebates, ensuring accurate calculations, documentation, and timely payments.

• System integrity: Maintain accurate and consistent data across integrated platforms such as SAP, iContracts, and CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Finance; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical contract management, specifically within the generic (Gx) industry.

Key Skills

• Deep understanding of generic pharmaceutical product pricing models.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling and pivot tables), iContracts, and SAP.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization; self-starter mindset with flexibility to travel occasionally.
